Although not generally considered a "Christmas song" as much as a general theme for the animated Peanuts specials, "Linus & Lucy" qualifies because it first appeared on Vince Guaraldi's soundtrack to A Charlie Brown Christmas and has a gentle merriness that invokes the spirit of the season as much as any piece by Tchaikovsky.
